AL ANON Seminar

40 wives of alkies and children of alcoholics gathered to discuss ,learn and share ideas @ new life group al anon seminar held @ rajah rehabilitation center, chavakkad on 19th may 2024,  The seminar highlighted the importance of sharing ,various tools in al anon and how to apply these tools in daily life for self recovery , practicing the steps, the importance of anonymity and having a sponsor, emotional slips in al anon,& detachment with love,
The meeting was followed by lunch and district committee meeting …There was concurrent AA recovery meeting in the annexe hall
