The 141st Shreyas Kudumbayogam “Family Care Givers Monthly Meet” was held on September 24, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Thanal Day Care Centre in Muthuvattoor, Chavakkad, under the motto “Together we care, together we grow”. Organized by the Thanal Day Care Centre, the program was facilitated by social workers Aparna and Princy. The event commenced with a prayer, followed by the Shreyas report reading presented by social worker Aparna and felicitations delivered by psychiatrist Dr. Anjukrishna, in the presence of behavior therapist Arathi and supervisors from Thanal. The main sessions featured insightful talks on core caregiving topics: Gopika presented on “Positive Feeling”, Vidhya covered the “Skill of Making Request”, Dilsha addressed “Active Listening”, and Fathima discussed managing “Negative Feelings”. The gathering concluded with an interactive sharing session where family caregivers shared their experiences, followed by engaging group games that promoted bonding and emotional relief.
