Popcorn*making

3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup high quality popcorn kernels
1 tablespoon chillipowder or more to taste,
Salt to taste
Heat the oil in the cooker…
200gm popcorn kernels added to the heated oil
Close the lid….at popping temperature the popcorn starts popping soon….
Once the popping slows to several seconds between pops, remove the cooker from stove!

Parippuvada

1.preparation of cooking utensils and induction cooker
2.vada dhal is properly washed and immersed in water for 2 hours
3.the washed dhal is powdered in a mixie….
4.sabola / green chilly / redchilly / turmeric and curry leaves are minced and then salt added to the dhal for taste…
5.the mixture is made into small ball and then vada shape with hands
6.the vada is fried in coconut oil…
7.tasty parippu vada is ready to eat…
