KUDUMBAYOGAM REPORT – JANAUARY 2020

Thanal,our Sheltered workshop Organized the Shreyas Family Carers Support meeting (Kudumbayogam) on 15/01/2020.The main agenda of this Kudumbayogam was Discussion and Coordination of Annual day celebration.

The meeting started with the welcome note by Ms.Benetta,Social worker followed by presidential address by Dr.N.Pfizer. Mrs Lilly,Shreyas Treasurer read out the minutes of previous meeting.

After the formal inaugural session, Social worker Mrs.Princy Rijo gave a brief introduction about Annual day celebrations and its requirements.

A detail discussion and coordination of celebration was shared with the Shreyas members.Selection of required committees were formed.About the requirements of costumes and ornaments of cultural programmes were discussed with our Dance instructor Suja teacher.

Mrs.Princy also spoke about the importance of monthly Doctor check up of our Thanal inmates and Scholarship related issues were discussed.Updation of Whatsup group of shreyas was highlighted.

Mrs.Elsy,Supervisor briefed the Snehaveedu report.

Appraisal of work trial beneficiaries by Dr.SoniShaji.A small gift was given to them as a token of appreciation by Mr.Abbas,Shreyas Secretary.Along with this Best service recipient and best supervisor were also appreciated.

A very positive and appreciable response and feedback was there from Shreyas members. They had an executive meeting to discuss about the corpus fund too.

33 members participated in the meeting.

Mr.Abbas,Shreyas  Secretary concluded the meeting with vote of thanks.

Shreyas Governing Body members Mr.Abbas,Mrs.Annie,Mr.Lilly,Mrs.Preetha and Mrs.Reshmi facilitated the meeting.
