A work site visit was conducted on 13/12/2019 by Mrs.Princy Rijo,Social worker.Dr.Soni Shaji and Social worker trainee Ms.Unnimaya
The response from the Employers were very positive and good. We had a detailed discussion about our beneficiaries and their attitude in work place.
Men’s Club at Pangu is the place where our inmate Pr is in work trial. The Employer has a very good opinion about him. There is lot of improvement day by day. He does all the routine work without any guidance like folding the clothes, arranging the clothes in specific racks, attending the customers, etc.,He also has a very good relation with the co workers.
Vadana textiles, Chavakkad is the place where BhIs in work trial. The Employer gave a satisfied feeling of her work at the shop. She is now well verse in folding the clothes, arranging them in racks, cleaning the floor as well at the table without any supervision. She needs a support in attending the customers.
Vazhapully stores.Malad, here the Employer too is quite satisfied with our inmate Abk. He is able weigh the things, pack them and give it to customers. But needs little push and supervision from the Employer side. Little bit hesitant to attend the customers.
Chemannor stores ,Perkam is the place where our Sa is in work trial. The Employer is very much satisfied and had lot of praise to tell about him. He does almost all the work that is required in the stores like arranging the items, attending the customers ,collecting the order items, packing and also dispensing the items purchased. The Employer and the local people are very supportive towards Sabu.
Malathy Bakery, Mamabazar is the work trial site of Sh. She does all the work designated to her but requires supervision. Does not do any work on her own interest and always needs a push. She does all the told work like cleaning, cutting fruits and making juice, etc.,
On the overall the response from the Employers were very good and satisfying. Plan to send a new beneficiary to Vadana textiles, Chavakkad. Our beneficiaries are all well mannered, polite, accept the words/comments from the Employer and co workers in a very positive way and their attitude and sincerity towards their work is highly appreciable as per the Employers.
